hey there—

I can’t wait to get started working on your space, But first I need some information from you.

Next steps

After receiving your project form, I will reach out to chat. After that, I will create a design fee proposal and send that over for your signature. We will then schedule a project kick-off and move into the typical design phases.

  • The goal of Pre-Design is to establishing the overall direction for each space and document the raw site or existing structure.

  • High level visioning of what could be! We will look at precedent images as well as initial concepts.

  • We will build upon the preferred concepts from the previous phase. This is also a great time to get preliminary pricing done so we can ensure we are on track with the budget.

  • In this phase, we are making decisions on small details and documenting everything needed for construction.

  • Once construction kicks off, I stay involved and work alongside the contractor to ensure the project we designed is exactly what gets built.

  • An optional add service— I work with clients on an as needed basis to source selections and get everything just so in their space.
