Wellness Series Part Three
The Art of Pause
What if stillness was a form of strength? What if pressing pause—on the noise, the urgency, the to-do lists—was the most powerful thing you could do for yourself? In the third session of our summer wellness series, join yoga instructor Suzie for a mid-day vinyasa flow designed to help you slow down and reconnect. Through mindful movement and intentional breathwork, we’ll explore how presence can be practiced—not just found. This class is about tuning in, not checking out—no experience or flexibility required, just curiosity and a willingness to breathe.
Suzie Blackman is the founder and lead instructor at Synergy, a multi-modal fitness studio she co-founded with her husband, Max Vinograd, in 2022.
